Code of sound vitivinicultural practices in order to minimise levels of ochratoxin A in vine-based products (2005)

Document description

In 2005, the OIV adopted a guide which established and accurately described the various actions to be implemented in vineyards and cellars to help reduce the risks related to the presence of ochratoxin A in vine-based products. The adoption of this Code of Sound Practices is associated with the setting of the maximum ochratoxin content to 2.0 µg/L in wines in 2002.
